Alcoholic Beverages - As introduced, redefines beer as having alcoholic content of up to 18 percent by volume; redefines wine for retail food stores to include fermentation of any fruit instead of just grapes; clarifies that any alcoholic beverage not made from grapes or fruit having alcoholic content up to 18 percent shall be classified as beer with regard to retail food stores. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 3 and Title 57, Chapter 5.
