Domestic Violence - As introduced, authorizes a law enforcement officer to refer for mental health evaluation prior to arrest a person determined to be the primary aggressor in a crime involving domestic abuse if the officer believes the person acted as the primary aggressor because the person suffers from dementia or the effects of medication prescribed for dementia. - Amends TCA Section 36-3-619 and Section 40-11-150.
