Criminal Offenses - As introduced, requires a person at the scene of an emergency to attempt to obtain emergency assistance for another whom the person knows is exposed to or has suffered serious bodily injury; creates a Class C misdemeanor offense for a knowing violation, punishable by fine only. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 1 and Title 40.
