Criminal Offenses - As introduced, authorizes a person who has more than one conviction to petition on a one-time basis for expunction of up to two convictions, if each offense is otherwise eligible for expunction and if the offenses were two misdemeanors or one misdemeanor and one felony; clarifies that such persons are eligible for payment plan option extended to other petitioners. - Amends TCA Section 40-32-101.
