Tobacco, Tobacco Products - As introduced, designates "hotels", "parks", "public property", "age-restricted venues", and "private clubs" as local government exemptions to state tobacco products preemption law; allows local governments to regulate smoking in those areas. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 15 and Title 39, Chapter 17.
