Consumer Protection - As introduced, makes various changes to state law related to gift certificates, such as requiring certain gift certificates to have longer expiration dates; prohibiting dormancy or inactivity fees; and authorizing activation or issuance fees up to certain limits. - Amends TCA Title 47 and Title 66.
