Juvenile Offenders - As introduced, requires that a child and the child's parents, guardian, or custodian receive 20 days' notice instead of 14 days' notice before a hearing to transfer the child from juvenile court to criminal court. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
