Taxes, Sales - As introduced, reduces the tax on the retail sale of food by 1 percent each year until it is eliminated on July 1, 2021; exempts the retail sale of food from the local option sales tax beginning July 1, 2021. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 6.
