Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As introduced, requires the commerce and labor committee of the senate, the insurance and banking committee of the house of representatives, and the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and the house of representatives to recommend any necessary changes to the Access Tennessee Act of 2006 by February 1 after conducting the committees' annual review of the act. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 9; Title 33; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
