Education, Higher - As introduced, requires the governing board of each state university, the trustees of the University of Tennessee, and the board of regents to create a policy to provide special education services to students with documented learning disabilities and special needs, including but not limited to tutoring services and career placement guidance. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7; Title 49, Chapter 8 and Title 49, Chapter 9.
