Orders of Protection - As introduced, requires service of an order of protection by mail be done by registered mail; declares service by mail complete upon receipt of the return receipt; deems a refusal by the addressee noted by the postal service on the return receipt as complete and sufficient notice. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 3, Part 6.
