Schools, Charter - As introduced, ensures that, on appeal from a denial of a charter school application by an LEA, the state board of education makes a decision based on the same information as the LEA by removing the charter school applicant's ability to make certain limited corrections to its application. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 13.
