Agriculture - As enacted, authorizes the commissioner of agriculture to exempt industrial hemp from the regulatory requirements of the Tennessee Commercial Feed Law of 1972 in the same manner that the commissioner is authorized to exempt hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, hulls and individual compounds or substances from the Law. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 43; Title 44 and Title 63, Chapter 12.
