Local Education Agencies - As introduced, requires LEAs to submit annual report to department of education detailing the LEA's use of corporal punishment, specifically including the reason for the punishment and whether the instance involved a student with an IEP; requires the department to report the number of instances of corporal punishment and the number of instances involving a student with an IEP on its website; protects confidentality of student. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1; Title 49, Chapter 2 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
