Administrative Procedure (UAPA) - As introduced, requires, rather than authorizes, a hearing officer or administrative law judge to order a state agency to pay a party issued a citation by such agency a reasonable amount of expenses incurred where the violation was either not grounded in fact, not warranted by law or rule, or issued for an improper purpose. - Amends TCA Section 4-5-325.
