Teachers, Principals and School Personnel - As introduced, exempts supervisors, principals, and public school teachers from having to take an assessment to advance, renew, or initially obtain a practitioner level teaching license if at the time of application for initial license the person possessed the equivalent of a practitioner level teaching license in a state that has a reciprocal agreement with the state board of education. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1 and Title 49, Chapter 5.
