Professions and Occupations - As introduced, authorizes the state board for licensing alarm systems contractors to fill a vacancy on the board from lists of nominees submitted by interested burglar and fire alarm organizations until the governor makes an appointment if the governor fails to appoint a successor after 60 days, instead of the current 90 days, following the vacancy occurring. - Amends TCA Title 62.
