Criminal Offenses - As introduced, establishes a defense to prosecution for the possession of marijuana in an amount not to exceed one ounce by declaring such possession is justified if possessed for the treatment of certain provable medical conditions. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 11; Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4 and Title 40.
