Health Care - As introduced, enacts "The Lovin Law," which requires facilities having a capacity for occupancy of at least 500 people to have at least one functional AED for emergency use at all functions open to the public; requires LEAs to have at least one AED in each school. - Amends TCA Title 49 and Title 68.
