Election Laws - As introduced, allows a person 65 years of age or older who has never been issued a birth certificate to be issued a photo identification license for voting purposes by furnishing a social security card, Medicare card, health insurance card, or other satisfactory document substantiating the person's identity. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 50, Part 3.
