Controlled Substances - As introduced, requires the commissioner of health, in consultation with the commissioner of mental health and substance abuse services, to study and report to the health committee of the house of representatives and the health and welfare committee of the senate, on or before January 15, 2018, concerning any recommended changes to prescribing guidelines for buprenorphine products, or to Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 53-11-311. - Amends TCA Title 53, Chapter 11, Part 3.
