Scholarships and Financial Aid - As introduced, awards one hour of community service credit to a recipient of the Tennessee Promise Scholarship for each hour that the recipient volunteers with the Keep Tennessee Beautiful program, which is sponsored by the department of transportation; requires TSAC to promulgate by rule the documentation that the student must obtain from the Keep Tennessee Beautiful program in order to obtain community service credit. - Amends TCA Title 49.
