Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services, Dept. of - As introduced, authorizes the commissioner to designate employees as administrative law judges or hearing officers for all contested case hearings required by the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act rather than solely for admission review hearings for admission to department facilities. - Amends TCA Section 33-1-306.
