Sexual Offenders - As introduced, increases from one to four times per year the number of times a sexual offender is required to report in person to a designated law enforcement agency to update the offender's information; requires the offender to report during the offender's birth month and every three months thereafter. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 39.
