School Vouchers - As introduced, allows a student who was denied admittance to the individualized education account (IEA) program for the 2016-2017 school year because the student was not previously enrolled in a Tennessee public school the two semesters preceding the semester with an IEA to enroll in the program, if the student has the required disability and had an IEP at a Tennessee public school during the 2015-2016 school year. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 10, Part 14.
