Law Enforcement - As introduced, requires law enforcement agencies to submit to the Tennessee bureau of investigation reports of the demographics of the following members of the public who interact with the law enforcement agency: victims, suspects, witnesses, and arrested individuals. - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 10.
