Insurance, Health, Accident - As introduced, requires the commissioner of commerce and insurance to establish minimum essential benefits for health insurance coverage in this state that is no less extensive than that available under the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Pub. L. No. 111-148. - Amends TCA Title 56.
