Domestic Violence - As introduced, increases the penalty for contempt to 10 days imprisonment and a $370 fine when a respondent knowingly violates an order of protection, court-approved consent agreement, injunction, or no contact order and the violation involves a domestic abuse victim. - Amends TCA Title 29, Chapter 9 and Title 36, Chapter 3, Part 6.
