Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As introduced, allows an employer to pre-enroll employees in a group income protection insurance policy if certain disclosure requirements are satisfied by the employer and the policy meets certain requirements. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 7.
