Healthcare Liability - As enacted, increases from 60 to 65 the number of days a person asserting a potential claim for healthcare liability must give written notice of the potential claim to each healthcare provider that will be a named defendant before filing a complaint in court. - Amends TCA Title 16; Title 17 and Title 29.
