Sexual Offenses - As introduced, decreases from 60 to 30 days the amount of time that a law enforcement agency has to submit a sexual assault evidence collection kit to the TBI or a similar qualified laboratory for either serology or DNA testing after taking possession of the kit. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
