Public Contracts - As introduced, requires state agencies to present an electronic report to the fiscal review committee each month for any contracts for services procured through competitive means in excess of $5,000,000 and for any cost adjustment or other amendment to the contract in excess of the same amount. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 9 and Title 12.
