Alcoholic Beverages - As enacted, specifies that samples and sales of alcoholic beverages sold for consumption on the premises of a distillery are not subject to the 15 percent privilege tax on the sales price of alcoholic beverages sold for consumption on the premises; authorizes retail sales of alcoholic beverages within the boundaries of Tellico Village in Loudon County and authorizes the alcoholic beverage commission to issue a retailer's license to the 501(c) corporation that manages such location. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 2; Title 57, Chapter 3 and Title 57, Chapter 4.
