Welfare - As introduced, prohibits recipients of EBT cards from using the card to purchase food that is high in calories, sugar, and fat, as recommended by the United States department of agriculture; prohibits people or businesses that accept EBT cards from accepting the card if used to purchase food that is high in calories, sugar, and fat; authorizes the department of human services to seek a waiver from the United States department of health and human services to establish a list of food that is prohibited for purchase by a recipient of an EBT card. - Amends TCA Title 71.
