State Inmates - As introduced, requires that a copy of an inmate's judgment of conviction and other sentencing documents be delivered with each inmate to the chief administrative officer of the local jail, workhouse, or other facility where the inmate will serve the sentence imposed rather than the warden of the penitentiary. - Amends TCA Title 41.
