Education - As introduced, requires that no student be administered state-mandated standardized tests for a total time period per academic year greater than the specific grade level of the student; limits state-mandated standardized testing to a maximum of eight hours per academic year. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 60.
