Forfeiture of Assets - As introduced, increases, from $250 to $350, the amount of the cost bond required to be submitted by a person claiming a seized conveyance that is subject to forfeiture; authorizes that the claim filed by the person be on forms provided by the court having jurisdiction over the seized property. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40, Chapter 33; Title 53; Title 55; Title 57; Title 67 and Title 70.
