Attorney General and Reporter - As introduced, clarifies that the attorney general may use electronic means to notify the director of the fiscal review committee of certain lawsuits filed in state or federal court, in which the state is a named party and the attorney general or assistants are representing the state. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8, Chapter 50; Title 8, Chapter 6; Title 9; Title 29; Title 40 and Title 71.
