Criminal Offenses - As introduced, reduces from 45 days to 40 days after a final judgment the amount of time within which a court clerk must notify the TBI of a conviction for an offense that requires the offender to be placed on the drug offender registry. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40 and Title 53.
