Education - As introduced, reduces, from aggravated assault to an assault resulting in bodily injury, the offense level for which a student must be expelled from school for a period of not less than one calendar year if the offense is committed against a teacher, principal, administrator, any other employee of the LEA, or school resource officer. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.
