DUI Offenses - As introduced, requires person convicted of DUI first offense to remove litter as condition of probation in addition to serving any mandatory minimum sentence if county where conviction occurs has had litter removal program in operation since July 1, 2016. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 4.
