Taxes, Ad Valorem - As enacted, provides continued eligibility for an elderly low-income, disabled, and disabled veteran's property tax relief during temporary periods of relocation for health care to home of a friend or relative or to a hospital or skilled intermediate care facility if the homeowner intends to return to the residence once recovered. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 5, Part 7.
