Probation and Parole - As introduced, requires the DUI monitoring fund to be used to pay for the cost of an electronic monitoring device that is ordered as a condition of probation if the parolee has been determined by the department of correction to have a hardship. - Amends TCA Title 40 and Section 55-10-419.
