Taxes, Real Property - As introduced, requires reimbursement to a 65-year-old or older low-income taxpayer for all of the local property back taxes paid for a given year on that property that the taxpayer owned, used as the taxpayer's residence, and which residence has incurred maintenance costs that exceed $500. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 5, Part 7.
