Health Care - As introduced, changes the definition of "uninsured patient" to include an inmate who does not have health care coverage under medicare, TennCare, a contract or insurance, or an employer-sponsored health plan during the period of the inmate's incarceration. - Amends TCA Title 41 and Title 68.
