Child Abuse - As introduced, prohibits the department of children’s services from instituting reunification plans between a parent or legal guardian and child in instances of child abuse until written approval is obtained from the appropriate district attorney general, the investigation is closed, and it is determined that reunification of the parent or legal guardian and child is in the best interest of the child. - Amends TCA Title 37 and Title 39, Chapter 15, Part 4.
