Emergency Communications Districts - As introduced, requires the emergency communications board to make its required annual report to the governor and the speakers of the general assembly on or before June 1 each year. - Amends TCA Title 5, Chapter 17; Title 7, Chapter 86; Title 38, Chapter 1, Part 6 and Title 68, Chapter 140.
