Paternity - As introduced, prevents the use of license denial, suspension, or revocation or contempt of court orders to enforce child support arrearages owed by a person who executed a voluntary acknowledgement of paternity that was rescinded due to fraud, duress, or material mistake of fact. - Amends TCA Title 24, Chapter 7; Title 36 and Title 68, Chapter 3, Part 3.
