Peer-to-peer Car Sharing

Abstract

AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING CHAPTER 36 TO TITLE 56 SO AS TO DEFINE CERTAIN TERMS, TO ESTABLISH GUIDELINES FOR THE OPERATION OF PEER-TO-PEER CAR SHARING PROGRAMS, AND TO ESTABLISH INSURANCE AND LIABILITY PROCEDURES; AND TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE SHALL PROMULGATE REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT. - RATIFIED TITLE
