Abstract

A JOINT RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF SOUTH CAROLINA, BY REPEALING SECTION 4, ARTICLE XI RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION ON PUBLIC FUNDS BEING USED FOR THE DIRECT BENEFIT OF A RELIGIOUS OR OTHER PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION.
